In healthcare, the term broadly refers to a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant who temporarily fills in for an absent provider due to family leave, CME, staffing shortage, vacation or seasonal fluctuations that creates staffing needs.

How are EBATE’s fees handled?

Any costs associated with finding a provider for any assignment at your facility are included in our daily rates. As a contingent firm, EBATE passes these costs to your healthcare facility only after a candidate is accepted and scheduled for work.
